Service gets full five stars.

The welder itself runs well (based on the first 1.5kg of flux cored wire). I asked for some info on setting up and got an immediate reply.
I bought it for field work, but the earth wire is way too short for reaching anything above table height and the earth clamp is very flimsy. My inverter's earth extension cable does not work either, because for some reason, it affects the machine's settings. I ended up using the supplied electrode holder and cable, which is longer and works well.
With the added weight of a 5/15kg wire roll, it's a little on the heavy side for structural work or anything where you need to move the machine a lot, but I get along well with a trolley. The 4 meter torch is an option worth taking in such a case.
In short it's worth the money. In my opinion, it's not the very best you can find, but certainly not bottom of the barrel.
