Standard Warranty Coverage

Warranty Duration

All new welding machines carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
• Faulty electrical components (e.g., PC boards, switches, transformers)
• Internal mechanical failure due to normal use
• Repairs carried out by TSA-approved technicians only


What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage, misuse, or modifications
• Damage from poor maintenance, incorrect power supply, or overloading
• Wear-and-tear items (e.g. torches, torch consumables, cables, plugs)
• Use of non-approved accessories or aftermarket modifications

Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim:

1. Contact TSA Welding Supplies at 087 265 7696 or email us at info@tsawelding.co.za.
2. Provide proof of purchase and product model and serial number.
3. Describe the issue, including photos or videos where possible.
4. We’ll assess and respond within 1-2 business days.


Note: All warranty repairs must be conducted at our authorized workshop or approved service center.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for defective machines under warranty. Machines must be returned in original packaging or secure protective wrapping.
