Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer FREE delivery on orders over R1,500 delivered throughout South Africa.

What is your return policy?

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Has my order shipped?

Once your order is collected by the courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
For manual EFT orders, contact us for tracking details.


How long does delivery take?

Courier transit times are typically 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?

Yes. You can use different addresses at checkout.


Can I add an item to an order that hasn’t shipped yet?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us immediately.
Adding items may slightly delay processing.


What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?

If anything is missing, damaged, incorrect, or short‑supplied, contact us so we can resolve it quickly.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If possible, refuse delivery.
If already delivered, use your tracking number to file a claim with the courier and contact us so we can assist.


What if my machine is defective?

If your machine is still under warranty, contact us first.
We’ll coordinate with the supplier and troubleshoot the issue.


Can I submit a Purchase Order?

Yes. Send your company PO to info@tsawelding.co.za.


Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. We accept phone orders during business hours:
Mon–Thu: 8:00 – 16:30 , Fri: 8:00 - 15:00


Do you price match?

Yes — if the price meets our minimum pricing requirements and can be verified.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any price‑match request.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through some of South Africa's top payment platforms. Payfast, Stitch, Ozow and Payflex.


Is my credit card information secure

Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment platforms. 


Can I finance my purchase

Yes — you can use Payflex to split your purchase into four interest‑free payments.


Can you help repair my machine?

If you’re in Gauteng, we may be able to assist with servicing.
