Does TSA Welding offer Free delivery?

TSA Welding offers FREE Delivery on any order over R500 that is being delivered in Gauteng. For more info about delivery, refer to our delivery policies here.

What is your return policy?

TSA Welding accepts returns up to 14 days after you receive the product. The item will also need to be in the original packaging, unused and unaltered.

Has my order shipped yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched and collected by the courier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number allowing you follow your order as it comes to you. If you have not received any emails regarding your order, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you paid for your order manually by eft, please contact us to receive tracking details.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?

Yes, both your shipping and billing addresses are able to be different.

I forgot to add an item to an order that has yet to ship. Am I still able to adjust the order?

If an order has yet to ship and you would like to add another item, please reach out to us asap to complete this request. Please note that this additional item may affect the processing time and delay your order from shipping out as planned. 

What steps should I take if I have a problem with my order?

If there are any issues with your order such as missing items, quantity shortage, damaged items or incorrect items please contact us to resolve the issue. 

What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?

The easiest way to take care of an order that is damaged is to refuse delivery if possible. If the item has been delivered and is damaged, please visit the couriers tracking page for the delivery using your unique tracking number and file a claim and reach out to us. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but timelines are subject to change based on couriers.

What should I do if my machine is defective and is not working properly?

If your machine is defective and is still within the manufacturer’s warranty window, the first step is to contact us s owe are aware. We will contact the supplier and troubleshoot the problem as soon as possible.

Am I able to place an order over the phone?

Yes, we would be happy to take an order over the phone during our standard business hours. Our hours are Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm

Does TSA Welding price match other deals?

We will match any price, provided that it meets our minimum pricing requirements. We reserve the right to accept or decline any price matching request. We also must be able to verify the price.
