Very good sales service, slightly disappointing product literature/ setup information.

The purchase process was painless and fast, I cannot fault the feedback received once the order was placed or the time it took for my purchase to arrive at my door. Packaging was adequate and all items were delivered undamaged.

The Pinnacle MigArc 200 was recommended as a budget friendly, yet very capable machine and this it is, however the lack of good instructions and difficulty trying to understand the poorly translated text within the manual meant I had to seek alternative sources of information on how to set up the machine.

It is a bit disheartening to see the failure to follow through on the Youtube instructional videos that were posted by Pinnacle to complete the series. I really think it would be a boon to your sales to revive and finish the series.

Other than that, once the settings were dialling in, the machine became a pleasure to use. As I further tweak the settings it should become even better.
