MIGARC 225

I have the machine a week, and the gun already not working. I welded 4 inch then it stops. Then i have to start again.

Many questions

After receiving the machine it looked good and sounded the same. I used another well known brand for a couple of years so I am not exactly a novice, but also not a professional welder. I found it difficult to understand the settings, so I contacted the supplier and he gave my number to the so-called rep. The advice he gave me was totally non-descriptive so I told the supplier that they should try to apply his recommendations on a actual test in a workshop and come back to me. I never heard from any one again. Up until today I do not fully understand what the different settings stand for and I cannot get adequate penetration from this machine. Not even on a 3mm steel joint. With gas or without gas! I am really disappointed in this machine. It works better on very thin material than an ordinary inverter, but for any thicker work where I need proper penetration it's a no go.

Package delivered on time and packed neatly, machine works well only thing that can be improved is the manual for the machine the 1 supplied does not help and 1 other thing the earth clamp is short and weak for such a powerful machine
